Princippet for numerisk styring via G-kode (eller ISO-kode)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Med fremkomsten af computerstyret numerisk styring udviklede Massachusetts Institute of Technology i USA i 1950’erne G-koden, som er blevet det mest anvendte programmeringssprog inden for numerisk styring.<\/p>\n

Mere generelt giver ISO-koden, der best\u00e5r af G-kommandoer (men ogs\u00e5 M, F og S…), dig mulighed for at fort\u00e6lle computerstyrede maskiner, s\u00e5som fr\u00e6sere, hvad de skal g\u00f8re, og hvordan de skal g\u00f8re det. G-kode-kommandoer er instruktioner, der angiver, hvor der skal bev\u00e6ges hen, med hvilken hastighed og ad hvilken vej, prim\u00e6rt ved hj\u00e6lp af to metoder: i en linje eller i en bue. <\/p>\n\n

Styring af din CNC-maskine med Mach3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Mach3 er en del af MACH-softwareserien, udviklet af Artsoft<\/a>. Det g\u00f8r det muligt at omdanne en computer \u201ctil en kontrolpult\u201d<\/strong> til styring af din CNC-maskine. Mach3 er den mest kendte software p\u00e5 markedet. Du kan ogs\u00e5 importere dine filer direkte i formaterne DXF, BMP, JPG og HPGL via softwarens LazyCam-pakke, som bruges til at konvertere din del til en v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jsbane til Mach3. <\/p>\n

Det er muligt for dig at oprette en brugerflade, der kan tilpasses fuldst\u00e6ndigt, udover at kunne oprette M-koder og makroer ved hj\u00e6lp af VBscript. MACH3-softwaren er ogs\u00e5 kendetegnet ved styring af spindelhastighed, styring af flere rel\u00e6er, videovisning, manuel impulsgenerering, med mulighed for fuldsk\u00e6rm og touch-taster. Denne software er rig p\u00e5 funktioner og giver dig stor v\u00e6rdi alt efter behovene i din softwarepakke til numerisk styring. <\/p>\n

MACH3 fungerer p\u00e5 de fleste Windows-pc’er til at styre motorernes bev\u00e6gelse, trin for trin, ved hj\u00e6lp af G-kode-sproget. De kr\u00e6vede pc-specifikationer er ikke s\u00e6rligt h\u00f8je, og det kan k\u00f8re uden problemer p\u00e5 en kontorcomputer.
