{"id":18450,"date":"2023-02-13T21:06:09","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T20:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/services\/mach3-2\/"},"modified":"2026-09-03T14:33:26","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T12:33:26","slug":"mach3-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/da\/services\/mach3-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Mach3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f8r vi taler om Mach3, vil vi kort opsummere historien bag skabelsen af numerisk styring og anvendelsen af G-kode.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Princippet for numerisk styring med G-kode (eller ISO-kode)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med fremkomsten af computerstyret numerisk kontrol udviklede Massachusetts Institute of Technology i USA i 1950&#8217;erne G-koden, som blev det mest anvendte programmeringssprog inden for numerisk styring. <\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5108\" width=\"94\" height=\"114\"\/><\/a><figcaption>ISO-koden best\u00e5r hovedsageligt af G-kodelinjer<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mere generelt g\u00f8r ISO-koden, der best\u00e5r af G-kommandoer (men ogs\u00e5 M, F og S\u2026), det muligt at fort\u00e6lle computerstyrede maskiner, s\u00e5som fr\u00e6semaskiner, hvad de skal g\u00f8re, og hvordan de skal g\u00f8re det. G-kode-kommandoer er instruktioner, der angiver, hvor der skal bev\u00e6ges hen, med hvilken hastighed og ad hvilken vej, prim\u00e6rt ved hj\u00e6lp af to metoder: i en linje eller i en bue. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Styring af din CNC-maskine med Mach3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er muligt at oprette en fuldt tilpasselig brugerflade ved at generere G-koder, ogs\u00e5 via LazyCam eller Wizards, foruden tilpasning af M-koder og makroer ved hj\u00e6lp af VBscript. MACH3-softwaren er ogs\u00e5 kendetegnet ved styring af spindelhastighed, styring af flere rel\u00e6er, videogengivelse, manuel impulsgenerering samt mulighed for fuldsk\u00e6rmsvisning og touch-tastaturer.
