Deze functie is bijzonder nuttig bij complexe freesbewerkingen waarbij meerdere verschillende gereedschappen nodig zijn om een werkstuk te bewerken. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De werking van een <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#efb200\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>automatische gereedschapswisselaar<\/strong><\/mark> op een CNC-freesmachine is als volgt: de machine is uitgerust met een gereedschapsmagazijn dat verschillende gereedschappen bevat, elk bevestigd aan een gereedschapshouder met een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/nl\/technologieen\/iso30-kegels-op-de-gereedschapshouders\/\">ISO30-conus<\/a>. Wanneer het freesprogramma met een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/nl\/technologieen\/g-code-of-iso-code\/\">M-code<\/a>-commando aangeeft dat het tijd is om van gereedschap te wisselen, plaatst de machinebesturing de spil op het gereedschapsmagazijn. Het huidige gereedschap wordt in een lege sleuf geplaatst en een nieuw gereedschap wordt ervoor in de plaats gezet. (zie ook <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luque-machines.com\/fr\/technologies\/magasin-doutil-lineaire-sur-une-fraiseuse-cnc\/\">lineair gereedschapsmagazijn<\/a>).   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De gereedschapswissel gebeurt in enkele seconden dankzij snelle pneumatische klemmingsmechanismen die het mogelijk maken de conische gereedschapshouders snel vast te pakken en los te maken. Zodra het gereedschap is gewisseld, kan de freesmachine normaal blijven functioneren volgens de instructies van het freesprogramma. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De automatische gereedschapswissel biedt tal van voordelen voor de gebruiker van de CNC-freesmachine. Ten eerste bespaart het tijd omdat de machine niet hoeft te worden stilgezet om gereedschappen handmatig te wisselen. Bovendien levert het betere resultaten op door een perfecte herpositionering te garanderen voordat het programma wordt voortgezet. Tot slot vermindert het het risico op ongevallen die kunnen optreden bij handmatige gereedschapswissel.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kortom, een automatische gereedschapswisselaar op een CNC-freesmachine stelt de machine in staat een complete productie sneller en veiliger te realiseren.
